As of the 2010 United States Census, the city had a total population of 27,147,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 944 (+3.6%) from the 26,203 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,353 (+5.4%) from the 24,850 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
